Half of the quarter is almost up and I just have to say that I'm really surprised at how our group is handling this project. At first I had my doubts, and I thought that this project would just bury me knee-deep in work. But from where we're at now, I can see that we are going to do just fine. So far everything has been going well and we've been meeting all the required deadlines. We pretty much know what we're going to be doing from now, till the end of the quarter so I'm not worried at all. I'm glad we have a plan so we don't have to waste our time stressing out on thinking about what to do.
